SARAH
I come from a long lineage of intuitive women who carried these gifts before me, although it would take me many years to understand what that meant for me.
As a child, I experienced the world through feeling and instinct, sensing things deeply and often being aware of more than I knew how to explain. Nature became where I went to make sense of it all. I grew up near the water and spent summers camping deep in the Adirondack Mountains, sleeping among the pines beneath skies filled with stars. Even as I grew older and learned to quiet that intuitive part of myself, nature remained a way of returning to something deeper within me.
MY STORY
A JOURNEY OF INTUITION, NATURE AND SURRENDER
Everything began to shift in my thirties when I started meditating. In the stillness, something that had always been there began to open again. What followed felt less like a decision to pursue a spiritual path and more like a gradual surrender to one that was already revealing itself to me.
As these abilities deepened, I began experiencing direct channeling and receiving teachings and energetic transmissions through meditation. I was initiated into sacred healing teachings connected with the Egyptian goddesses Isis, Hathor and Sekhmet, and my work continued to expand through relationships with angelic, cosmic and ancient lineages.
My connection with Mother Earth also evolved into an integral part of my spiritual work and one of my greatest sources of guidance.
Through meditation, I was shown ways of working energetically with the elements and planetary field - from clearing and repair to weaving grids, integrating new frequencies and bridging cosmic energies with the Earth. Over time, I came to understand this not as work I was doing to the Earth, but as an ongoing relationship with her living intelligence: listening, receiving and responding to what I am shown. Alongside these experiences, I pursued formal training in yoga, shamanic practices and somatic healing, deepening my understanding of the body, energy and the relationship between the seen and unseen. For many years, I kept much of this private. Learning to fully embrace what I was experiencing - and eventually allowing myself to be seen in it - became part of my own initiation. Today, I work as a multidimensional energy practitioner, channel and ceremonial guide. While my work reaches into the mystical, it is rooted in what it means to be fully here - to experience this deeply human life in my own wild and free way.
For me, the spiritual path is not about becoming more. It is about letting go of everything that keeps us from being fully who we are.
MY WORK
My work is rooted in the understanding that what we experience on the surface often has a deeper energetic origin.
Through connection with Divine Source and multidimensional frequencies, I work intuitively with what is present beneath the physical, emotional and spiritual patterns we experience. Identifying and addressing the energetic roots of imbalance and creating space for meaningful, lasting transformation.
THE APPROACH
No two experiences are the same. Whether I am working one-on-one, guiding a sacred ceremony or leading an initiatory experience, I listen to what is presenting in the moment and allow the work to unfold from there. My approach brings together multidimensional energy work, channeling, somatic awareness, shamanic practices, meditation and ritual, alongside the transmission and integration of new frequencies and ancient energetic technologies. The form this takes is different every time. I am less interested in applying a prescribed method than in listening to what is present, what is ready to shift, and what is asking to emerge.
THE THRESHOLDS
At its heart, my work is about release, restoration and expansion. Sometimes we are carrying something that has run its course. Sometimes parts of us have become depleted, fragmented or disconnected. Sometimes we are being asked not to clear something old, but to receive and integrate something new. I meet each of those thresholds differently.
THE INTENTION
My role as an energy practitioner, channel and ceremonial guide is to create the conditions for that deeper movement. To help release what is ready to leave, restore greater coherence within the body and energetic field, and support the integration of what is ready to emerge. I don’t believe we are meant to spend our lives endlessly trying to heal or fix ourselves.
